The different steps of the tailor-made development are :
Step 1 : Drafting of the Marketing Brief
This marketing brief is our guide to develop your formula according to your needs : raw material, galenic, texture, marketing claim, target...
Step 2 : Formulation within our Laboratory
According to the brief, our formulators evaluate its technical feasibility and work on the development of your formula with full confidentiality.
Step 3 : Submission and Adjustment of Samples
Within an average of 5 weeks, we provide you the samples corresponding to your brief and make some required adjustments.
Step 4 : Validation of Formula
Once the suggested formula is suitable for you, we proceed in stability and compatibility studies.
Step 5 : Realization of Regulatory Tests
To ensure the security and the quality of our formulas, we perform a Challenge Test (efficacy of preservatives) and Safety tests (cutaneous and ocular tolerance). Efficacy tests can be realized on request.
Step 6 : Production of Pilot Batch
Once all the process is achieved, we make a pilot batch to validate the technical feasibility of the formula in the industrial production.
